location within their market. We offer site evaluation and demographic
studies. Once a site is selected, we then assist with the lease
negotiation.
Change of Mind provides new franchise owners with
recommended floor plans depending on the size of your center. The
on-staff facility manager will help with this process. Furniture
packages as well as office and computer equipment all can be ordered
through Change of Mind.
Change of Mind provides a comprehensive, ongoing
training program. It begins with an Initial Training Program at
the corporate headquarters, followed by regional and on-site sessions
as necessary. Training continues throughout the year in everything
from curriculum to sales training.

a software package designed exclusively for our business and learning
centers. It's an easy-to-use system supported by a manual and comprehensive
training program.
